Our commercial customers deserve the same quality of care and attention as our residential clients. In order to provide the best communication and service, we offer landscape designs for commercial applications as well. As with the residential design service, it can be purchased ala carte or can be part of a project. Likewise, if the commercial client is a regular client, the designs become complimentary as part of our project estimating process. The designs provide clarity and accuracy for both the proposal and the installation.
The same standards apply to commercial design as to residential design.
Cost and Ownership.
The cost of a customized plan will depend on the areas to be designed, their size and scope. In general, though, the range can be as low as $200 or as high as $900, with most falling in the $300-$500 range. When purchased a la carte, Rivas Design retains the copyright, but you may use it however you wish.
If the design is part of a landscaping proposal, Rivas Design retains complete ownership of the design until the project is performed by us. If the design is used for bidding purposes and it is determined that our design was used in the installation performed by another company, the client may be billed a $250 design fee, due upon receipt.
